Because everyone's needs are different, Aladin has been designed to adapt and provide the best response to user expectations.  

Installed and fixed on the wall, Aladin is the first solution that does not need to be worn or activated to assist. 

Aladin® and its Family/Activity options can be set up to be connected directly to a caregiver network (family, neighbor, relatives, friends) and/or with remote assistance.

In the event of an emergency, such as a fall recorded by the sensors, the alerts will be issued automatically by Aladin to relatives and/or remote assistance. This complementarity between caregivers and remote assistance will allow acting quickly.

How does telecare assistance work with Aladin® and its options?

Fall detection

In case of a fall detection:
1 / Aladin sends an alert directly to the helpline’s monitoring center
2 / A trained operator to dispel any doubts will make sure of the beneficiary’s status
3 / If the recipient does not answer, the help-line then involves the caregivers within 15 minutes, or contact the fire brigade/ambulance in case of an emergency.

Abnormal situation

Aladin detects abnormal signals and warns caregivers on their phones through the application:
• increase in the number of times getting up
• loss of activity/inactivity
• heat wave alert (or cold)
• unwanted presence in case of absence
• ...
Fall detection: Family Option

In case of a fall detection:
1 / Aladin sends an alert directly to the helpline’s monitoring center
2 / A trained operator to dispel any doubts will make sure of the beneficiary’s status. With the "Family tablet" option, the help-line can also proceed to check-up thanks to the screen camera (with prior agreement)

3 / If the recipient does not answer, the help-line then involves the caregivers within 15 minutes, or contact the fire brigade/ambulance in case of an emergency.

Fall detection: Activity Option

In case of a fall detection:
1 / The GPS Activity watch sends an alert to the help-line monitoring center. The watch geolocates the place of the call
2 / A trained operator to dispel any doubts will call the beneficiary directly on his watch.
The monitoring center also can dispel any doubts thanks to the camera on the watch.
3 / If the recipient does not answer, the help-line then involves carers within 15 minutes, or contact the fire brigade/ambulance in case of an emergency. At any time, caregivers can continue to geolocate the position through an application.
